Csethiro Ceredin is an elf and lady from a noble household in the novel, The Goblin Emperor.
Elves from The Goblin Emperor are known to have white skin and white hair. In Csethiro's case, she has both of those, as well as vivid blue eyes. Her icons do not currently reflect the full level of elfyness, but I assure you there are very long and pointy ears involved.
